"Went into the room. The bed was extremely old and mattress was so uncomfortable that my wife had a severe back ache. Hair dryer was not working, they didn’t give enough complementary waters. Phone set wasn’t working. We asked for toothpaste and towels and they never sent it and ignored any request you made. Look elsewhere if you value your comfort "

"Great location in a lovely setting - lots of cafe options. Room was nice and big. Beds are very small double beds and unfortunately we were placed in an adjoining room to a very noisy family (separate parties shouldn’t be placed in interconnecting rooms as noise is so loud!!"

"Check in was easy James at the front desk was awesome. All staff was caring and professional and nice. The restaurants were great with quality food. And if you need to use FedEx for any reason, they are very helpful."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City for 3 nights, during Ester weekend. The location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. One of the best parts was the convenient shuttle service that takes you back and forth between the hotel and the park, it made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can really feel how organized and attentive they are everything runs smoothly and on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back again whenever I visit Universal Studios!"

"We came to Hollywood for a play at the Pantages and chose this location for proximity and price. I'm glad we did. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our stay a good one. The room was clean, and comfortable and provided every we needed. I appreciate that they didn't gouge us for parking like most other places do. Next time we are in the area for an event, we will definitely come back to stay here."

"I love how the hotel is super clean, welcoming and very walm.. enjoyed our stay. Although there is absolutely no free parking. Valet only parking is 65 a day and you are kind of left with no option but to pay. It's a rip off. Otherwise it was a great experience overall"
