「Not the cleanest or well-maintained property. There was residue left on the floors that stained our clothes. The manager of the property was not unaware of if they had anything to help with that. The specifics of certain things were not correct, such as the trash cans, and it's honestly confusing. The pool and hottub were nice. The sauna door does not function properly, and the connector for the fireplace does not work. The couch outside is pretty stained. The area is nice, easy to get to. I...

「Great stay!」

「So beautiful!! The view was incredible. Both my spouse and child were so blown away by the view. The pool was a little awkward to share with other people and the back yard too. But it was worth it.」

「Property is very spacious and comfortable, and the location is convenient to shopping and the freeway. The house is furnished with Lots of kitchen items (cookware, glassware, dishes), seating both inside and out, and extras in the bathrooms (blow dryers, flat irons, shampoo/conditioner/soap). Extra touches to make your visit feel like home! Manvel is very communicative, responsive and very friendly.」

「We had a really great time. It was like staying at a cabin in the woods. Very cozy.」

「This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!」

「Lisa was a fab hostess. The house was spacious with great decking. There was two issues. Coming in after dark is an adventure trying to see a turn about 200 yards short of the House. There are steep stairs down to the house. Lisa's son helped us with the luggage.」

「The property was excellent for our family vacation. We have a large family so the space was great and we loved the Hot Tub!」

「Home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Quiet street and we always found street parking close by. 15 minute walk to Universal Studios and 15 minutes drive to Hollywood attractions. Host responded within minutes to any questions.」

「lt was a fantastic stay and we will be back!」

「Lovely cabin! I suggest fixing the AC, adding a TV, and cleaning the spider webs for a more comfortable stay.」
