「I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.」

「Really good location, it was a nice 1 week stay in Venice beach. Just 1 min. walk to the beach! Our party was 6 ppl including kids. I felt the capacity was not enough for 6 ... maybe for 4 adults. If there was a cleaning and linen service for long stay guests, that would be perfect. 」

「If your looking to be near the beach this is a great spot. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Parking spot (+guest spot!!) was great to have even if the garage is a maze.」

「My parents and I were in Altadena for a wedding and stayed at this lovely little home. The host left some goodies for us upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.」

「Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!」

「Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. It was unseasonably cold when we arrived, so the provide space heater was much appreciated for the 1st floor bedroom. Upstairs was perfectly warm on its own.
