「The house was comfortable for my husband and two adult children. It was conveniently located, with a large mall within walking distance. It was easy to get on the freeway and also very close to restaurants in Glendale. We enjoyed our stay due to the convenient location. While the place was generally clean with fresh sheets and towels, it could have used a deep cleaning and even some fresh paint. The air vents, baseboards and tile grout on the kitchen floor all need some attention. 」

「Some issues: - Moldy coffee left in coffee pot- Needed an ice tray in freezer- Needed better lighting for areas with no ceiling lights - There were no bedside lights in one room- Couch was too small for an average size adult. Good things:- Host was very helpful- Beds were very comfortable- Place was very clean - Building had nice amenitiesWe would come back to this unit. Thank you 」

「The process to check in was very easy. Video to get keys was very helpful. Communication was good. The pictures on the state overstated the size and cleanliness of the space. We were in one of their multiple rooms (G) and the couch was stained, their was a sock left behind which let me know that the place was not thoroughly cleaned, lots of stains on walls, shower, etc. It was definitely not to standards I would expect.」

「The host of this unit is dishonest. They create multiple listings with photos of nicer units and then when you arrive it’s not what was advertised. Once I brought this up to the host they removed the photos offline from this listing. They made an excuse the actual unit had a plumbing issue and were doing me a “favor” by providing another unit. They claimed to have told VRBO this issue and said they assumed VRBO had talked to me about it. Which was all not true. I have screenshots and more and...

「Perfect location for Old Town Pasadena! Easy walking distance to restaurants & shops & grocery. Secure building with cool open walkways in the interior. Kelvin was extremely helpful and super quick response. Apartment had everything we needed a fabulous espresso machine!」
