「Here is my honest review. I had great communication with the host until day of check in. Instructions were not emailed to me that morning as stated in previous emails. Once we arrived at the property it took over an hour for a response to get instructions on how to get into the property which wasn’t exactly smooth. 「The process to check in was very easy. Video to get keys was very helpful. Communication was good. The pictures on the state overstated the size and cleanliness of the space. We were in one of their multiple rooms (G) and the couch was stained, their was a sock left behind which let me know that the place was not thoroughly cleaned, lots of stains on walls, shower, etc. It was definitely not to standards I would expect.」

「property was in a very quiet neighborhood. only problem I had was sometime the parking on the street was taken. But no big deal just went around and parked in front of garage. super clean , love the shower, would come back again for sure.」

「Perfect location for Old Town Pasadena! Easy walking distance to restaurants & shops & grocery. Secure building with cool open walkways in the interior. Kelvin was extremely helpful and super quick response. Apartment had everything we needed a fabulous espresso machine!」
