「オーナーの方にチェックインについて確認をすると、チェックイン1時間前に詳細情報をいただくことができました。
部屋は綺麗に掃除が行き届いており、臭いもありませんでした。飲み物やスナック類も置いてあり、また洗濯洗剤も用意してくれてあったので大変助かりました。
ホテル並みのホスピタリティに感動いたしました。

「Disappointing. First thing I have to speak to is on night three, we came back from Knotts to the power being out. Not in the building or even the hall - just our room. Sent a message through the app, waited 15 minutes…and then used the emergency text to reach out. They said they’d figure it out. After an hour of nothing, I text again and they said there was nothing they could do there that late. So, They sent us to another room - had to wake up the kids to move. Fun. New room had the loudest...

「 I arrived at the property and was greeted by the host, who showed me the apartment and provided basic instructions. The unit itself was clean and had a nice view, which I appreciated.However, I was disappointed with the bathroom setup and the limited supplies provided. I could only find half a roll of toilet paper, and there was leftover body wash that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest. The bathing situation was also uncomfortable — the only option was to stand in a bathtub...
