"the inside space was clean and tidy. check-in was easy and directions were clear. owners were kind and there were no major issues. the kitchen was stocked with appliances (though many seemed to have not been used or cleaned in awhile). overall very nice. we did feel, however, that the outside was slightly misrepresented in that there was no private outdoor space for us - the lovely patio is shared with the owners and feels very much like you are in their space. we had been hoping for a place...

"Nice quiet getaway place. The place was very clean. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The interior decor was aesthetically pleasing. Me and my partner will be coming back to this place when we travel to LA. The bedding was very comfortable and relaxing. The jacuzzi hot tub provided that added comfort after a long day out. "The host of this unit is dishonest. They create multiple listings with photos of nicer units and then when you arrive it’s not what was advertised. Once I brought this up to the host they removed the photos offline from this listing. They made an excuse the actual unit had a plumbing issue and were doing me a “favor” by providing another unit. "Clean room, friendly staff, and free hot breakfast which included scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, oat meal, sausages, juices, coffee, milk, pancake, among other food. Our nth time to be here for a UCLA function. Parking was secured. Valet was the only choice for parking and cost me $40 a single day. The parking area was secured. There was only one way in and one way out for all the guest. The lobby, elevators, and hallways were also clean. The sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom exhaust was not noticeable but I am positive that there was some kind of centralized exhaust system because the mirrors did not fog after every shower. Will come back again. "

Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel

"Flight out of Palm Springs got cancelled, and we picked up a flight for the next day at LAX. Didn't have a room anywhere, but honestly trusted the Sheraton brand and that worked out. Made the reservation on the drive to LA. Hotel is basically at the airport, super clean and well staffed. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with a helpful sitting area. Everything was updated, including the bathroom, with the shower pressure amazingly strong. Watched the Seahawks game in the restaurant/bar and that was a blast. Food was good too."
