This 1192 sqft condo overlooking the pool is easy to find, with short distance from two designated parking spots on the same floor as the condo. Nice place and nice area

This condo is very nice, clean, updated with a view over the pool/courtyard area. Easy communication with the host and clearly have a good sense of humor when you read the condo rules book upon arrival. I will definitely be back.

Stylish But Comfortable

We were in Santa Clarita for a soccer program and needed a home base between sessions. This condo was perfect! Location: easy to access from major roads, close to dining and shops. Unit: the layout with the 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo was perfect for traveling with a teen - everyone got their own space. The balcony was a nice feature, the couch and beds were very comfy, and the bathrooms are lovely. My only request would be more glasses, bowls, etc. We stayed for 4 days and ate most meals there, so we were constantly washing the few available dishes. Onsite amenities: dedicated parking spots, outdoor pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees, great lounge!

This place is AWESOME. There’s SO much room, it’s so comfortable, and it really feels like you’re in your own little home away from home. Highly highly recommend!!!

Great Location!

Great trip! The location of the condo was perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance or very short drive. The patio overlooking the pool was a great place to relax after a long day at Six Flags. We will definitely return. Thanks Tom!

Tom, the host, was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was roomy and well appointed. Great neighborhood, we felt very safe! Comfortable couch and beds! Well stocked kitchen! All the spice essentials… everything you need. Wonderful washer and dryer. Plenty of TP and paper towels. The balcony overlooks the pool, and pool floats and such available in the closet. Everything you need for a nice stay. Very close to shopping and restaurants, literally within walking distance if you are so inclined, again we felt safe walking and the weather was amazing!We will most definitely stay again when we come to visit my sister and her family!
