Great location, our room was very big, lots of windows, very comfortable beds. A fully equipped kitchen area with a gas stove. And they give u beach towels. Great staff. We felt safe there, because the doors are locked at all times and even though at night the staff is not there, u can only enter the hotel by putting a code in.

The location is great if you want to stay close to the beach. However, the room itself was very small, with barely enough space to walk through comfortably. The shower ceiling also had mildew around the fan area, which was disappointing. We asked the receptionist if we could move to another room, but she informed us that the property was almost sold out. Contacted the manager Paul as his relay was (I wish you would have told us sooner) which obviously I did). Overall, I would give this place a 2-star rating.

We stayed there for 4 nights and the rooms were never cleaned, despite multiple promises to do so. No refreshed bedding was provided. No clean towels were provided No extra toilet paper or garbage bags were provided. We had to fend for ourselves. We experienced roaches on our first night and it was downhill from there. No staff supervisors were ever present. No one responded to our requests for proper service. The location is great. Everything else is awful.

The bed was very low and there was no amenities the ice machine was broken and the room was kind of small the partial ocean view was just a peek from a very small window there was no air conditioning had to use a fan however the staff was very nice and friendly
