「Misleading title, damp towels rolled in basket, poor quality beds, poor quality tvs. There was a person on the patio from the main house wehn we arrived. This is not acceptable. The place is a car garage converted so it is not very large. Jacuzzi warm and NOT hot at all. This is a very brief summery, there could more details to accompany. Overall, underwhelming. The area is very nice and it is a great locaton for those that are not looking at the details, many of which are obvious larger...

「The Patrician Hollywood exceeded our expectations. We chose it for a short stay to get to know downtown LA and Pasadena arts, culture and food. TJ is an engaging host, with a wealth of local knowledge and the sophistication of a world traveler. The house is a perfect example of 1920s LA style (it could be a movie set), decorated with an eye for the exotic and comfortable. The views of the LA basin from the garden are expansive. The local streets are quiet (and excellent for a morning run).」

「It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...
