「Air conditioning was nice, great location」

「Our stay at Piccolo Bellagio was very comfortable, and you couldn't beat the location! Montana Ave and all of its restaurants were around the corner, and it was a lovely 1-mile walk to Ocean Ave. The apartment was a great place to relax after a long day, thanks to its comfortable living room. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was certainly well-equipped to do so if we'd wanted. We'd definitely make a return visit on our next trip to Santa Monica.」

「Excellent location- 5 minute walk from the beach. Had to contact property manager because the bathroom light/fan switch wasn’t working, but they fixed it the first day. Roof deck and roof pool were great. Would definitely return.」

「Perfect spot. Nice unit with full stocked kitchen. A very comfortable stay. Garage parking was a big plus. Disappointed that the pool was not heated and no jacuzzi. Communication with host was difficult as we got closer to arrival. All in all a great stay! 」

「We had an awesome stay, place was spotless when we arrived and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Good restaurants all around, and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the electric bikes as we rode to the pier and muscle beach. The rooftop pool was very clean and had a nice grill of the roof to cook on after a long day. 」

「What a lovely and quiet property with a beautiful view! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the living space and kitchen amenities were exactly what were needed for a weekend in Topanga! The host was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. There is 1 parking space available on site and other parking is available close by.」
