"Pool is rooftop 14th floor with views of LAX runways. Hotel is walkable from LAX if the traffic is too congested for the hotel shuttle. Take the faster LAX Uber shuttle to the Uber pickup lot and a short walk to the Hyatt from there. Cell phone service is not good with the interior rooms. "

"One of the dryers doesn’t work well. Our tv was broken and then they moved us into another room with another broken tv. There was a huge hairball in the bathroom, and burned holes in the carpet. For 300+ dollars for two nights not including the 45$/night parking fee it was super subpar. "

I should also add this was a suite for 5 people and there were only 3 towels available. I called back next morning and again they told me they would send someone. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to manager that my extra towels showed up. "
