"Smell nasty problem with staff"

"Access to the room was very easy. Everything was very clean and stylish. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful weather."

"Our room was downstairs and next to the stairs and close to the housekeeping room and it was so noisy. Could hear people walking above and going up and down the stairs. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Pillows weren’t too good. Towels were very limited. View was nice with the walk out patio but they start blowing the sand off the walking path early in the morning. The Hive coffee shop up the street was amazing. Parking was free and easy. I wouldn’t stay here again just because of how noisy it was. "

"Great location, perfect for our 1 night at Santa Monica. Free beach toys and towels for use, 1 block from the beach. Will be back!"

"It was very difficult to get my room. The first room I was assigned the door code did not work. The second room the door code also did not work. It took about four tries before they could get me a room and the door codes kept not working. Eventually, they had to come up and input the code in the door. It’s a very strange antiquated system. Once I finally got into my room, everything was nice. View was fantastic."

"Staff was great! And the room was designed very well for the small space. The negative was their eco system for the AC. It was a hot day and my 1 yr old daughter and I were napping, and I guess because we were so still the air had turned off. It was so hot in the room and it took forever for the room to cool down."
