  • Amazing Location! This perfect 1 bedroom apartment is just STEPS from the beach! Less than a 30 second walk to the sand! Enjoy all that Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey, and Santa Monica have to offer.

    Newly remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances, new floors, and a new kitchen - this apartment has it all! You will experience the perfect beach vacation, comfy queen bed, full bath, and a comfy living room with roku streaming TV for when you`re not on the beach. :)

    Enter through the private front door and you`ll be in the large living room, that opens up into the full kitchen. Living room has a comfy couch and a large TV with streaming services. The bathroom has a full bath, and the bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen mattress.

    Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well the patio seating in the common area.

    Guests have the whole apartment to themselves, but if you need anything, I`m always available.

    The perfect location! You`re just 30 seconds walk to the beach in Marina del Rey, in a quiet part of the Marina Peninsula, but you`re also just 3 blocks to Washington Blvd, where you`ll find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Venice Pier!

    Uber or Walk is the easiest! But you do have parking for 1 car if you need it, and you`re just a few blocks from the bus route on Washington. It`s also easy to rent a bike or a bird scooter and see all of Venice, Santa Monica, and The Marina!

The place really could have been great, if it were cleaner and a little extra love was given. It had great potential. The location was incredible. The layout was lovely. The bed was super comfortable! But it needed some extra love. The freezer needs to be cleaned...Also, the limited towels was interesting. Two bath towels, one hand towel and two wash clothes...

Great Simplr Beachfront Apartment

Straightforward, easy property right near beach. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but for the price it is a good deal, right next to the beach, chill area and plenty of space.

We were scheduled to have amenities for 3 guests, however there was only 1 full sized bed with bedding when we arrived. The photos of the space were misleading. It was dirty - curtains were filthy, crumbs in the drawers, food on the tray in the oven, and mildew on the bathroom caddy. The floor was soft in different spots and the walls in deep need of paint.

Great location

Great location, just steps from the beach and very short walk to restaurants, bars and fun! Quiet and friendly neighborhood. My husband and I stayed 8 days and had a great time exploring LA. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing spot

Just a few steps from the beach and Venice boardwalk! We loved our stay and definitely will come back. Area is young and fun and lots of restaurants and shops within a few steps. Buses are close too. Just missing a few items in the kitchen.

We had a great stay. It was clean and the garage is a bonus! The beach was farther than listed. It is not steps, more like a few miles.

Great Get Away Place

I was in LA on business and had to stay by LAX for two days. I took one day for myself and went over to the beach before I flew the morning of the fourth day. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. I wouldn't have any more than two stay there. I would stay there again.

This place is very outdated. Dirty and upkeep is not being done . Walks very dirty, tile on floor broken up so be careful not to walk barefoot because you can cut your foot. The cleaning crew does not do a great job at all, hairs everywhere . The ceiling fan has a thick coat or dirt as well as the windows and lamps . Not one complimentary bottle of water . Only positive is it’s a nice location but not facing ocean unless you step out on the rusted up balcony that is very small . The pictures were obviously taken when the place was newly renovated but they are definitely not recent . Owner is good with communication but absolutely not willing to give you refund if you decided this did not meet expectations. I even asked for partial stay and was declined . parking was close and convenient. If you are a clean person like myself this is not the place where you will feel comfortable

Simple amenities but Perfect location for all things

My college roomate and I did a short trip together and was super impressed with the check in process - super easy. The place was clean and bed comfortable. The best part is the location! Literally the best location for heading to spend days on the beach, or walking to the nearby pier for sunsets, or the nearby pier bike rentals, or any restaraunt you'd like! All walking distance. We loved not needing a car and really short Lyft ride from the airport. Excellent place for 2 people to enjoy Venice Beach (and only a 17 minute bike ride from Santa Monical Pier which is cool too!)

Great Location

Perfect location, it's remote yet close to good restaurants. It was a cute place, but bare minimum given. Only 2 towels and no extra sheets or blankets. But for the cost that's minor. The only issue is no AC. There are fans but in the warm summer it needs a little more. To stay cool we had to keep windows open which i did not care for being a single female. Id stay there again because overall it was a nice location.

The location is super, the bed comfortable and having a space to park was really good. But the condition of the flat is downhill from there. The place is in great need of some TLC. Luckily we did not have to cook meals as there were barely any kitchen utensils. Crockery situation not much better. No place to really hang jackets. A tiny hook with only one screw by the door was no help and left a bad feeling. The whole flat could use a coat of paint. The bath needs a non slip mat. The chairs are not comfortable and the minuscule dining table was inadequate. Unfortunate really because it was kind of depressing and it could be so much more pleasant a place to stay.

Sandy Inside and a Very Basic Accommodation

Left a day early because unit wasn't clean. (There was still sand on floor and in bed when I arrived, plus sofa stains!) Balcony is not usable/rotting wood. VERY bare bones... not enough linens or a bath mat for my 5 night stay. :( Furniture cheap and chipped floors. Disappointing. Steps from the beach & parking included, which were definite bright spots.
