「Super clean, modern, well equipped. This house had everything we needed. Right close to everything. Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, etc. Tight parking for our large vehicle, but the property does have garage which was nice. We didn’t try it. Has a super relaxing back courtyard that is shared with another unit. Renee there comes and goes quietly. Plus they are building on something else. Hustle and bustle outside, but Inside this unit is super relaxing and worked perfectly for us to rest...

「Property was clean and well appointed and in excellent condition. Communication from property manager was efficient and detailed.Property is on a narrow street which has a dense amount of cars parked on both sides of the road in a good neighborhood. It would be difficult to find parking on the street if that has been necessary but was not an issue as the garage provided was perfect for us.I would rent again if the opportunity arose.」

「This is such a wonderful home to enjoy if you love being next to the ocean. The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. 」

「Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. Will definitely come back if we go to Hollywood Bowl etc. The parking is a bit hard to navigate for a large SUV but manageable. The underground parking is a great safety feature. 」

「Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the open layout and easy access to outdoors / pool. Location was great for daily hikes up the hill at the nearby park, just 1.4 miles away. We loved the access to daily great challenging hill walks! Ventura blvd offers some great sushi, boutiques and coffee houses. 「Well designed property, very comfortable. Had a minor question and they answered within minutes. There is a sliding gate that secures your vehicle on the property. Lots of street parking was available 」
