"Beautiful property with fabulous views and sunsets. Bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Although we did not need to contact Howard, he was readily available. We loved the location. Playa Del Rey is a classic California town with easy access to restaurants. My two grandchildren stayed for a few days and had a "suite" to themselves. We look forward to a return visit."

"Too much to describe in 1500 characters, but the manager is not easy to deal with. To start, we were blamed for something we didn't do & it was obvious the issue was present before we arrived. When we ran out of paper towels, we were told that the half roll that was on the kitchen counter when we arrived was enough for 5 people for 3 days. No offer to provide another roll. Luckily the owner of the home is kind & reasonable & when I made the error of missing the rule that I needed to pre-approve...
