"The property was amazing, the parking was ridiculously expensive but the free EV charging helped make it a bit more worth it. The room was beautiful and clean."

"The room needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets, some didn't work. The lighting could be better. It was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on. The ambient light switch was all the way at the end behind a lamp between the second bed and the window. The switch by the door was useless and only lit a small portion. The bathroom didn't have enough spots to hang wet towels. Considering this is a room for a larger number of people, I'd expect the room to accommodate that number of people better. The fridge was leaking when we came in. The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a great stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The location is great for site seeing. The food at the bar in the lobby was delicious and convenient for us. The staff was all very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you want to be in Hollywood."

"This stay did not meet my expectations for a Marriott property. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell in the lobby and hallways, and several industrial blowers running throughout, potentially indicating moisture? My room was very small and not like the picture. The door frame looked damaged and the lock didn’t feel very secure. The thermostat did not work and the room was warm and sticky. I tried calling down to the Front Desk and the room phone didn’t work, and they didn’t answer when I called from my cell. I went back to the Front Desk to tell them about the thermostat and I was switched to a different room. The second room was very different from the first - much larger, felt more updated and cleaner, the thermostat and phone worked. Overall, this property gave me the impression that Marriott bought out an old motel and did a very poor job of renovating it, even varying from room to room. Housekeeping came to my room 45 minutes before checkout and attempted to enter, returning again about 15 minutes later. I was disappointed in the overall quality, especially for the price. "

"The shower head and water pressure kept changing while I took a shower. It would turn off, turn low and change temperature. The staff was helpful, but the area surrounding the hotel wasn't the best."
