「Let me preface my comments by saying that we have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals. The 360-degree views of the Palos Verdes peninsula to Malibu over the rooftops is wonderful, in addition to its proximity to Manhattan pier and the action. The unit was comfortable, the furniture is in good condition, and the kitchen was well stocked. But it is starting to show its age with worn cabinetry finishes, floor molding, rusted metal finishes (common near the ocean) and a bit of a smell (possibly...

It is a small unit, but it's location, location, location (as the setting is the heart of Manhattan Beach, Ca., the most beautiful, and expensive beach real estate in Los Angeles County. The unit is clean and functional. Great access to the beach--steps away.Great access to shops, restaurants, and everything else.」
