"I stayed at the Westin Hotel for a week. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the mattress was so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. The food at the in house restaurant was adequate but a little overpriced for me, but there were affordable options in walking distance. Being a coffee drinker, my only complaint was that the in the room coffee was horrible. Overall the memory I will keep with me is that staff, were outstanding. I went for a Women’s Conference and stayed for additional days. The staff was pleasant and professional throughout. The cleaning crew were exceptional, and every single encounter I had throughout my stay was very positive. I look forward to returning to this hotel again. "

"I need something close to the airport so this is perfect. Shuttle is great and runs very often. Staff is nice and helpful. There isn’t much shopping to do. 3 restaurants inside but I walked to the nearby hotel to get donuts and Starbucks. Close to car rental place which is another reason I picked this hotel"

"It was the least favorite room I've had yet. 809. It was facing the Sonesta. No view at all, kind of a bummer. It was also at the end of a hall and the bed was right by the door. I love staying there though. I stayed 3x in a two week period recently. It's always my go to hotel when traveling through LAX. I've stayed there more than 5x in recent months for sure. Last week was 1127. That was nice, I prefer rooms with LA city view and love love watching the planes take off and land. I've had a a one bedroom suite that was incredible, and a great view as well. It's CLEAN and modern, easy to access with great shuttle service."
