「This condo is located right on the marina. It was a sixth floor unit, which is the top floor of the building. There are skylights in both bathrooms and the kitchen, which is very cool. There’s also a balcony that overlooks the marina, which is beautiful. The unit is clean and updated. Garage parking was provided. Location was awesome: 20 minutes to Venice Beach, 30 minutes to Citadel Outlet Mall. The only negative is that the hall shower did not work at all, and we all had to share the master...

Also conveniently near the 10 if you want to get elsewhere in the city. The host was easy to communicate with. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay!」

「The Good: The views were absolutely amazing and were exactly what I was looking for. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the stay fell short in a few key areas. The cleanliness was disappointing; while it wasn't cluttered, it clearly hadn't been deep-cleaned. I could feel crumbs on the floor throughout my stay. Additionally, the bathroom water pressure was so weak that I had to use a cup to rinse off properly. Communication: The check-in information provided incorrect Wi-Fi credentials. I had to...

「The household accommodations were true to form. The pool photos and gym are over exaggerated. When I went to use the sauna a property staff member told me the property does not allow renters. Then, my key fob for access was shutdown. I was no longer able to is the amenities. It took a full day before the host got me a new fob. By that time I was checking out. It was quite disappointing. When I asked for some reconciliation, the host ignored my asks. 」
