ベニスのアパート

「Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again」

「Amazing experience for 4th of July weekend. We had a blast and the property was very clean.」

「A nice clean place. We really liked the assigned parking in the garage. Easy access to the apartment.」

「Great studio apartment steps from beach!」

「Nice view clean and everything you need. 」

「Great location and highly recommend!」

「Check-in was very simple after receiving detailed instructions. Kitchen facilities were adequate for the duration of the stay. The size of the apartment is more suitable for a couple rather than a family of 3. 」

「Wonderful little world near the beach! Well appointed, great kitchen, comfortable beds, fresh air. Unique style yet super functional. If coming to the beach again would arrange my schedule around staying here. Thank you!」

「Very good location and comfortable apartment. It was easy to find and the garage was easy to access. Having a free parking space included was a great feature. However, the parent could be much better equipped when it comes to kitchen needs. Cleaning needed some improvement in the kitchen and bathroom. Host was very responsive and provided great instructions with many check-ins to ensure all went smoothly.」

「The apt was great and very clean. We appreciated the coffee pods, coffee sweetener and bathroom amenities. The bed was comfortable, but perhaps one more chair in the living area or a seat on the balcony would add even more to the property. While the garage was indeed confusing as others have noted, the directions to the space were very clear and the garage felt safe」
