「The studio we stayed in was clean, well furnished and provided a promised 5 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk that Venice is famous for. The upstairs neighbors were punctual in their heavy steps across the ceiling and slamming the door when they left for work around 7:30 am but otherwise it was quiet and restful.」

「This is a great apartment to explore the more chill side of Venice Beach. The neighborhood has many great walks and is easy without a car. Stayed here with my 18 year old son, and it was a fun neighborhood for him to explore. Lovely yoga studio 2 blocks away - Yoga Nest. Owner was very responsive, and the kitchen was well stocked to cook in. The backyard extended the living space nicely. 」

「I loved my stay at Kristin and Richard's place. They are warm, friendly, helpful hosts who make it very easy to settle into the studio and find your way around the neighborhood. I'm definitely bookmarking this spot for another visit.」

「We can't even get into the property. They gave me a passcode for the smart code lock,but there's not even a smart code lock on it. And someone are already in the property, that we don't want to knock the door for any trouble. We tried to call the phone number they gave me, and No one answer my call and text messages. So I have to call Hotels.com customer service to change a place to stay. Horrible experience! Horrible service! Never stay here again!」
