「We had a lovely stay at the condo. The location was minutes from Marina del Ray and LMU. I loved that Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s were in close proximity. We could also easily access the freeway. We had a great experience!」

「Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again」

「This place was well apportioned but we did have some issues. The main one is that the floors creaked so loud, we had the hardest time putting our son to sleep. I understand some older properties in LA have this issue but this was bad. I mentioned to the host but they said since they'd never heard of this problem before, there was nothing they could do. I offered to pay for the one night we stayed if they would allow us to leave but they refused. It would have cost me more money to leave but we...

「Great location with a patio looking out into the marina! However, I do have a concern. The internet is terrible slow at this property. We weren't able to watch the Smart TV, and when we tried to watch from the apps from our devices, there were problems with streaming.」
