「The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating. When we arrived, the host was there to greet us and give us the tour. They provided snacks, a lovely bottle of wine, coffee, and stocked the fridge with half and half. It was so thoughtful! There were plenty of extra bath towels which we appreciated, and a lot of things for the beach - beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, scooters, a wagon, etc. They also had a lot of fun games and movies for the kids. The washer and dryer worked wonders...

「We enjoyed our stay so much! The California weather while we were there was perfect for the AC unit that was there. The unit is literally steps from the beach and the view from the window is magnificent. The pier was so close and we walked to it daily. The unit was stocked with necessities in case you forgot something important. Would book this unit again! 」

「Cannot beat the location! So close to the beach and pier which was fantastic. The house is behind a restaurant which I was not expecting. Our first night, there was a private party that didn’t get started until 10pm but luckily the AC window unit drowned out the noise. The only negative was parking. There are spots in front of the house but it’s first come first serve, so if we were lucky enough to get a spot we didn’t want to move the car and not everything we were doing was walking distance....

「I was first surprised that the lobby area iwas so small, but that was a tiny matter, and everything was super OK. The size of the room in particular, which is difficult to find that size for our family at other places. The advice we received from the front staff about the restraunts nearby, was in detail and perfect. We really enjoyed the food, such as Amante etc.」

「I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars」

「The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. 」
