「I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.」

「We follow the policy of the house. But the old woman next door is a Karen. She acts like she own the place. Taking pictures of our cars even tho we are allowed to park at the drive way. We have to go through the garage per request by the property manager. But we have to go out in the side so that we can have access to the beach. The old woman was taking pictures and video of us! Very creepy!」

「I booked this property to decompress after the Stagecoach country music festival. It was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous, the views were amazing, and it was right down the street from the best beaches in Malibu. Highly recommend trying Vintage Grocers if you book a stay here. Great food. 「We had so much fun in this house being right on the beach. Not a lot of people on this beach so it was has if we had our very on private beach. 「Pros: The view is gorgeous. The house is amazing and spacious and huge. The area is fantastic. Cons: This is a well used rental, lol. The locks and sliding doors were all kinda jacked up. There were ants everywhere. One fire place didn’t work. The house is lit really dim at night and the hot tub didnt work until the last day. That said, the pros outweighed the cons.」

「This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

「We visited Malibu for the Pepperdine graduation. It is 5 minutes away from the school. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious, and minimalistic.
