"The staff at this small hotel were very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great location just a block away from the beachfront and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. Our only complaint was the stiff mattress. Like all hotels around the area, you’re going to hear some street traffic and lights. However, we would stay here again based on the location and friendly staff. "

"We have been traveling for the past few weeks and have stayed at numerous hotels and this hotel is in a league of its own! Truly an incredible experience. You might find a slightly cheaper hotel in Hollywood but this place is worth every penny. The staff are incredible. The rooms are superb and the restaurant has wonderful food and servers. Lily does a perfect job keeping your coffee cup full. We have stayed at other hotels in the area that are very nice but don’t deliver on the incredible service we get here. Jake at the front desk even remembered our name from a month ago. So if want to make your Hollywood visit a memorable one we highly recommend this hotel."

"Check in felt like a nightmare :( The person who was checking us in was dismissive to us saying that the card reader wasn’t taking cards despite the cards we tried having money MULTIPLE TIMES. Sends over to another computer and it works. Then sends us in an all around unhelpful loop to find our room which had a super disappointing view 😭if you aren’t above the 3 the floor, I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a view of literally anything."
