Normal and simple but little bit expensive

The room was outdated and dirty . The walls and the carpet were stained. the carpet has not been cleaned in who knows how long . The furniture was old and had a stale smell . Clean sheets but everything else was just old and dingy . I wouldn't recommend staying here for the price you pay its awful ! The carpet was the worst . The door was your average room door with a key not your typical card key . There is a small tv in comparison to the room .

Horrible! DO NOT BOOK! Me and my boyfriend checked in, everything seemed fine. We go to our room to get settled, to find out someone is already staying in that room. We head back into the office and let them front desk know about our room situation. The manager was already in the room along with the front desk person. The manager was rude and had a nasty attitude towards her own worker and us as well. I have never felt so disrespected by a person who you’d expect to have experience in customer service. We were assigned a different room, and no apology was given. The worker had given us the new room key and did not say anything so we were left thinking there was more work was needed to do. Then the manager rudely told us our room number and told us to go. Not even a “we apologize for the inconvenience, your new room number is ‘ ‘, enjoy your stay!”. None of that. After her disgusting behavior, we decided to not stay at this place. We asked for a refund, and she had left. The worker seemed new and not as knowledgeable. He was trying to ask for support and the manager did not care. At all. This place is not what it seems, it’s still a motel 6 and ran by a horrible and disgusting being.
