Perfect for a family vacation with access to the beach, ventura, and local parks.The host was very responsive, we were traveling with a 1 year old and they were able to set us up with a playpen and high chair at a modest extra fee. Had a few questions on the property throughout the stay and they were always available and accommodating.I would certainly go with them again."

"This property is so beautiful. Windows everywhere, spectacular views, an incredible kitchen, an amazing shower in the master and we ALL couldn’t believe how comfortable the mattresses were. The hosts were so communicative the entire time. And I have to say, while I never mind having to strip beds or start laundry when I leave a rental - these considerate hosts don’t ask you to do any of that when you leave. I almost felt guilty! I highly recommend a stay at this incredible house. Breakfast, coffee, happy hour, sports bars…all within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back. "

"This was the perfect home for our annual family trip. Having the the master bedroom on the main living level was perfect for my parents who are in their 80's. The bottom level has another bedroom that I would consider a second master bedroom, which gives separation and privacy. The views and amenities in this home are amazing."

"What an amazing place to stay with my family. Beach access and views from the windows was wonderful! I saw some complaints about distance to water but it wasn’t as bad as they made it seem. Plenty of space for 3 couples and a couple young adults. Everything is well marked and plenty of towels (including beach towels) are available. Would definitely stay here again."
