「The room was ok. The water went out just as we went to bed. Because of this , toilets didn’t flush during the night. The staff was frustrating. Took way too long to check in and to check out. We were sent to the wrong building with our room number and then our keys didn’t work on our door. Chase the bell man thank god was there and he straightened everything out. He was the only bright spot to our experience.Expensive for the quality of the resort. Pool was cold.」
