Staff was great and amazing location, but facilities in the room, especially washroom needed upgrades for better functioning. Windows were very difficult to close properly.

10/10 experience. I have stayed with them 3 years in a row now, and each time was exceptional. From a smooth, efficient check-in to consistently attentive service, the experience felt well managed and professional throughout. The room was immaculate, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with exceptionally comfortable bedding and high-quality amenities that made it easy to relax. Sam is always a pleasure to deal with. What stands out most is the hotel’s consistency—cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail were delivered at a high standard across every interaction. I would return without hesitation and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Beautiful property and attentive staff. I loved it.

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.

Comfortable and quiet stay. Clean room, very nice front desk staff, and secure garage parking — which was great since I left my car there and used Uber during my trip. I would definitely return.
