This is my favorite hotel to stay in Ventura. It overlooks the harbor and you can hear the seals. It is absolutely magical! The breakfast is decent. I feel like it could be a little better but you cannot beat the view

The hotel was updated and very clean, and the beds were wonderful. We had a view of Ventura Harbor which was beautiful and it was a very quiet setting .The restaurants were very close, about a 10 minute walk along a sidewalk along the harbor directly from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again!

The check in was easy, the staff were friendly and efficient. It was easy to park near our room. The room was very clean and the view overlooking the marina was excellent. The only part I really have to complain about is the lighting in the room was uniformly a glaring cold white hue which made it seem more like a laboratory than a hotel room.

Paid more for a room with a view, couldn't even get the curtains open till the 2nd day there, then to learn to even get one side open you'd need a ladder. Staff was nice, follow thru not so good. Ice machine in our room area didn't work. Beautiful area.
