As a single traveler I felt very safe on the property and the room was immaculate. So much more than what is pictured because there are individual fridges in each unit with really nice attention to detail. The remodel was very well done, especially in comparison to other motels. I will definitely return. It’s an awesome room at a convenient location and a great price, hard to beat.

Extremely clean and beautifully renovated room, parking was convenient. Staff were great, didn’t have any issues that required staff. Only downside was no microwave which should not be a problem for most people. Stayed 1 night before going to Channel Islands National Park through Ventura Harbor and this stay was close, cheap, convenient, and checkout was very fast

This property is recently renovated with brand new furnishings and impeccably clean. Parking was right outside my unit. Check-in was seamless. It's close to all the main downtown Ventura attractions. My only note is that there is no extra lock on the door to the exterior, which I would have liked.

Excellent little hotel in ventura. Loved how close it was to downtown, the beach, and all the amenities available. Check in was very easy and the staff was really helpful. I stayed for a marathon and was able to get a great night sleep before the race. Good amount of parking and plenty of space for a person or a couple.

parking in front of your room (1 story building). Price is cheap - don't let that scare you - safe, quiet, clean, very nice bed, small frige, a great value. For real review. No breakfast, but superb bakery coffee shop down the block. Air conditioning air pump dead quiet.

We loved it here! The motel was centrally located, was a great value and by far one of the cleanest and nicest places we've stayed at in Ventura. I met, who i.think was the owner, upon check.out and he was very nice and friendly and welcomed us to return. We'll definitely be back!

Overall this was a very clean and well kept motel with very nice updated rooms and bathrooms . The queen bed was very comfortable and there was a refrigerator in the room, however other amenities were limited, like there was no ironing board, or disposable cups in the room and no ice machine on the premises. The location is great, which is close to restaurants, shopping etc.. I would definitely stay here again since it’s well worth cost

attended Hall of Flowers and chose this property because it was an ideal location—conveniently close to the Ventura County Fairgrounds, with a charming and cute vibe. It's not budget-level pricing, but it felt reasonably affordable for the convenience and overall appeal. That said, one major downside caught me off guard: the entire property is non-smoking, including outdoor areas, and there were no clear signs or mentions of this policy on the website, booking info, or confirmation details. I was informed that smoking outside wasn't allowed, which was disappointing—especially for an event like Hall of Flowers where many guests might expect more flexibility. Had this been clearly disclosed upfront, I would have booked elsewhere. While the proximity to the fairgrounds is a big plus, the lack of transparency around the smoking policy makes me hesitant to recommend it for future Hall of Flowers attendees. If you're okay with strict no-smoking rules (outdoor), it could work well; otherwise, consider looking at other nearby options."
