「Kara’s place blew us away! Beautifully and intentionally designed, this unit transported us from the humdrum of everyday life to a lavish vacation paradise. Everything was squeaky clean and Kara was extremely responsive as a host. We loved it here - wish we could have stayed longer and was sad to have to leave!」

「Great communication and easy check-in. This property is ideally located to the freeway and accessing Simi Valley. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, especially outlets and USB chargers in the bedrooms. We’ll be looking to see if it’s available next time we visit family in Simi Valley ! 」

She was clear, helpful, and easy to work with before and during the stay.The property itself is comfortable and functional but it's best for two people max or two people with a pet. The second bed is a futon that's not full-length.Overall, it was a smooth stay with an exceptionally communicative host.」
