「Kim's place was spotless. She offered a comprehensive book of things to do/eat in the Outer Banks, as well as a map. The grounds and gardens around her house were amazing. You really do not need to bring anything with you. She has beach gear, bikes, sun tanning lotions, beach bags. She was friendly and helpful」

「This studio apartment had everything we needed and extra. Diane was great to communicate with and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen worked well for our short stay. Even though there are no windows there is lots of lighting and mirrors. It was an easy walk to the beach. If you want a view of the ocean this isn’t the place for you, however.」

「We absolutely loved this property. It's only a few blocks from the beach but we preferred to drive over due to the main road being 2 blocks away. But it was so quiet and peaceful. Even when we were outside in the hot tub, we both kept commenting how quiet it was. The property itself was gorgeous. It felt like a flip or reno from an HGTV show. Everything was up to date, stylish and the bed was super comfy. Simply can't say enough good things about this property.」

「What a great place to go for a quick escape! This place was perfect for me. The rental was so adorable, so much charm. I was on a solo trip but even if I had my partner with me the space would have been plenty. It was quiet, beautiful and perfectly located. I enjoyed the homeowners suggestions for places to explore and good eats! I’ll be back!」

「The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

「Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!」
