「We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.」

「Arrived in the first week in May. The season was barely starting and many businesses were closed or operating at reduced hours. Still it is beautiful and if quiet is what your after. What could be better than a private beach. Loved watching the sun rise over the water. Short walks to the bakery for morning coffee and breakfast at the diner next door. More shops would be open in late May but more people as well. This place suited me quite well. I recommend it.」

「The room appeared to be clean, however I spilt some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the paper towel was black. It did not appear the floors had been scrubbed in quite some time. Bed was comfy. Kitchen could have been stocked better, particularly with water glasses. Limited towels, only 2 bath towels for a 3 night stay for 2 of us, one kitchen hand towel, one dish cloth and no towel to dry dishes, the dishwasher was out of order.
