"One of the beds sheets were dirty. We called the front desk and he brought new linens to us immediately. He was very apologetic. The noise from the kids (hockey players) running up and down the hallway was very loud but by 10:00 pm it was quiet. This is our favorite place to stay!! We have been coming here yearly for many years to go to the Little Falls craft vendors. It is our yearly girls trip we look forward to."

"Looks shabby on the outside but it’s very nice inside room smelled like bleach pretty heavily, and Breakfast was kind of so so beds were fairly comfortable. Pillows were good. Everything was clean."

"Excellent, budget-friendly stay! We stayed one night for a concert at The Ledge and it was smooth as could be. Complimentary and spacious parking lots, decently sized rooms, clean bathrooms and comfortable bed. Also conveniently located just off the main drag through St. Cloud. We will definitely be back if/when we attend another concert!"
