「Host communication was poor. Would send email stating a message was waiting. But when accessed no message was waiting. Both hot tubs did not work. Indoor pool was so cold you could not swim. Location did not have an outdoor pool as advertised. In my opinion, the advertisement was in accurate for the location we stayed at. We will never stay at this location again.」

We weren’t able to use the hot tub on site and had to drive to another property to use theirs. There aren’t curtains on the windows, so the light came in right away. The AC unit rattles when on.」
