"The staff was great about helping us out when we had to bring our dog last minute. However we were staying there due to the waterslide and pool. The pool and waterslide was closed due to inspection. Hotels.com never notified us that this was closed, we still had to pay full price for our room. We will not be staying here again or using hotel.com due to false advertising."
