"Staff were welcoming, helped us with questions we had, and assisted us to make our stay more memorable. Great location to be at when the weather is not ideal because the hotel is connected to an enclosed mall area with restaurants and shops. Beautiful views of the lake and boardwalk too!"

"Great Central comfortable space with nice kitchen and view with very helpful staff. Easy Parking across street at $7 a pop or $10 per day one block north, which is what we used and was fine. "

"Front desk said we couldn’t check in even though the reservation was under my friends name too. Also the hot tub was extremely cold and was really looking forward to the hot tub."

"Enjoyed our one night staycation and everything was perfect in my opinion! The room was well equipped with everything, the heater and air conditioners were great, overall nice ambiance, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Only thing I felt missing was if there were 2 robes by the tub it’d be 100% otherwise it’s 99.99% perfect! The toiletries were great quality and we added the rest and relax package for and additional $60 which came with 1 hour late checkout and it was absolutely worth it. Loved the cute little gift shop too!"

"The pool was out of commission (which we didn’t know ahead of our arrival), but the staff went over the top by letting us check in early and also opening the breakfast area a bit early so our team could eat before heading out the next morning. Very much appreciated!"
