「I don't know if I missed that the property was a 4 plex? and that the unit we were getting was on the upper level. This was only a problem because my husband has walking troubles and stairs are a problem, he really couldn't help me carry anything up the stairs. Great location, nice having the little trail to Gooseberry Falls State Park right there, we took that as a little walk each morning. Beautiful place to stay, beds were comfortable. The signage was a little difficult to see, I only saw...

「Cozy Bear Den was a comfortable and peaceful retreat for us. Alex & Kate have thought of every detail to make their home a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped so we could easily prepare meals. We enjoyed the sauna after our daily hikes on the north shore and relaxing in the living room or patio at night. Perfect place to stay for any season!!」

「We booked last minute and received detailed messages right after booking. No issues checking in and the space was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the pools. Only complaint was the indoor pool area was very hot. Would definitely book again!」

「Great location, great views, easy to get to private and quiet 」

「Absolutely wonderful stay in Lutsen. Modern Scandinavian design that was truly so cozy and inviting. Kitchen and living space were perfect for our group to relax, cook. Large windows made you feel like we were really part of the beautiful birch and pine forest, wildflowers blooming. Two bathrooms was so helpful with little kiddos and adults running around. Beds were super comfortable. Only complaint we had was the AC Minisplit was up in the loft which didn’t circulate very well to the enclosed...
