「The most valuable aspect for us was the privacy of the property. The dedicated pathway and entrance were very nice and helped us feel that we could go in and out without disrupting the hosts. It's very small, so I wouldn't recommend for kids, but perfect for adults. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, so we ended up sharing the bed.
