「海岸も目の前で、プールもあり建物は古いですが、お部屋は清潔感がありお部屋のにおいも好きでした。一階のお部屋でテラスのある部屋だったのですが、テラスの掃除が行き届いてなくてテラスを使うことが出来ませんでした。そこが残念です。」

「The hits: Great location with great beach access. The adult pool is nice and relaxing. The beach staff was great. The Theodosia restaurant was delicious. The misses: The Sandbar and Lifesaving Station food was mediocre. We went to the pool and two of the three times, there were no towels to be found and we had difficulty finding an employee to find us some towels. In our shower, one of the levers was not properly attached to the wall and the bathroom fan/vent did not work. One of the...

「The hosts, Greg and Linda were just the nicest people! The view from the porch was... a million dollar view! We fell asleep in the hammock swing the first night. The breeze kept it cool and mosquito free. We will definitely be going back.」

「Greatly enjoyed our stay here for a week in February. The house was home base for us as we visited the three nearby National Wildlife Refuges. House was very clean and stocked with all essentials. Clear communications with the host added to the positive experience. Was third winter we have visited Albemarle/Pamlico peninsula to view wildlife. When we return, we will definitely try and book this lodging again.」

「This was our 2nd stay at Marcy's condo. It is in a perfect location; the condo is fully loaded with anything you could possibly need for a stay. We stayed in Oct and now April. Weather was just fine. Everything in the condo always works properly. It is neat and clean and the sure way to tell if you've enjoyed your stay is the desire to return again, and again. Thank you Marcy.」

「Walls are paper thin, and despite them having no smoking signs everywhere, they don’t enforce it. The breakfast was good. The rooms while looking clean, smelled funny and were still kind of gritty from sand when we arrived . One of the two beds also smelled of urine.」
