「This property was a disappointment compared to other Hilton Vacation Resorts we have stayed at for several reasons:
1. The accessible room I reserved was not available for first two nights. They waived the resort fee but put us in small non-accessible room with a tub (not walk in shower) and no grab bars etc. When we finally got moved to the room we booked it was much bigger and what I expected with issues. See below.
