「Staff very helpful and friendly. Housekeeper we had for our 3 night stay was wonderful!! Had a lovely time and will def return」

「The indoor pool was closed.」

「This fabulous hotel exceeded our expectations! Every part of the hotel was exceptionally clean, including the room, restaurant, lobby, stairwell, pool, lawns and elevator. We could not have been happier! The beach and hotel location to the beach and pier was amazing! We love the dog friendly atmosphere and how friendly the staff were towards our dogs! Steamers and Rundown restaurants within walking distance were added bonuses. Cannot wait to book our next trip here. Loved our experience and...

「Great」

「I always like to stay here at TownPlace Suites when I come to the outer Banks. I love staying here whether its the studio suites or 1 bedroom suite. Everything is good there. I like the fact there is a kitchen area. The breakfast is good. The kitchen staff are always friendly.」

「Price and beach access are what got the booking. The room was clean enough, but the smell of the cleaning products hit us as we walked in but dissipated with time. Room had all the basic items including hair dryer which I had forgotten pack. Staff at desk and breakfast were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. I would have liked some fresh items like yogurt or fruit. Cons: Dead bolt latch was broken. Bags of trash were laying on the property for entire time we were there from check in...

「Room was fine for a quick unplanned stay」

「Unfortunately went during the 9/2026 nor’easter which kept us from going on the beach. We were lucky bc those south of kill devil hills were trapped by flooded out roads, it does happen frequently in this areaThe room was quite small, huge gaps around window ac unit and under the door.Bed was definitely not king and was so hard my back ached entire time. They cleaned the room once. 2nd and 3rd night nothing, we did have dnd but only for overnight and early morning. We’d leave majority of day and...

「We very much enjoyed the balcony and property (proximity to the beach.) The breakfast was not as good as we hoped.」

「Rooms were nice besides the spiderwebs on the balcony. Hotel was quiet which was nice and not a far walk at all to the beach. Elevators were extremely slow and 1 broke down. Vending machines didnt work. Asked the lady at the front desk for extra towels and they didnt have any which doesnt make sense when you have housekeeping. More amenities even forks, spoons etc would be nice. Best parts of the hotel were the room and how quiet it was」
