"Very clean and comfortable. Close enough to everything you need, including shops, food markets and restaurants. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Just a short boat ride to many great fishing spots. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Extremely friendly neighbors. The perfect place for what we want in a Hatteras vacation. We didn't want to leave. Definitely looking forward to our next stay."

"We absolutely love it here. perfect space for 2 people, we came here for our honey moon! close to the beach and amazing view from the rooftop deck. sadly our trip was during the storm so we didn’t get to go to the beach as much as we would like. the hosts were amazing and so nice! plenty of good restaurants we tried in the area and a convenient grocery store about 2 minutes away for any last minute things you may need! if we come back to hatteras this is where we are coming!"

"The property was very clean and served a great purpose for a cheap place to stay with friends for the weekend! Keep in mind it is a campground property so there is no bathrooms in the actual cabin! However, these are the nicest communal campground bathrooms I have ever encountered!"

"This was my family's favorite trip! Wish we had more time there. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy! The pool was huge and gorgeous and right next to the room. There is so much right nearby, restaurants, stores, the ferry. We rode the ferry to Ocracoke and it was amazing and so easy to do. Will definitely be back! Thankyou Jim!"

"Location was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was a bit confusing and a bit of a pain. Apparently I was supposed to contact them hours in advance to find out how to check in. I never received a passcode or email about how to check-in beforehand. The office was closed when I arrived. After talking to two people on the phone I was given a pass code. The door lock was testy. The code had to be put in a few times before opening and locking the door was sometimes difficult as well. This unit could use a new locking system. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again."

"The only thing that would have made the stay more perfect is:It would have been nice to have a small ironing board and an iron for our wrinkled items.The TV signal wasn’t good at times. Could have been the internet, the TV itself, weak remote batteries, or a combination.And providing bathing towels & washcloths would make things easier..None of these things would deter me from staying again. Overall- it was a great experience- cute Cabana with our own beach access. This was a very low populated beach area- more private and low key. There was not a lot of eating, activity choices, or night life. You will have to head toward Kill Devil or Kitty Hawk. It was a very short drive to the Hatteras Ferry which we enjoyed.We enjoyed the stay!"

"If vacationing with a large party, this house is the perfect fit. Each of our guests had their own room with bathroom, many overlooking the ocean! The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, staff were attentive, and the pool was clean & ready to use. Our kids loved the theatre room and gaming area! The outdoor area is fenced in and private, offering a huge outdoor bar with grills, hot tub & lots of seating. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back in the future!"
