"It was nice . Priced right. Pool is nice. Place was good size kind of had a strong Lysol smell though. There's no one that works in the office you have to call a number on the office door to get your room number and the code to your room. Would have been nice to get a text for that info but they helped me get that info once I called. But I would stay again"

"We had a great time at this property. With 13 adults and two small children, we all slept comfortably in our own rooms. Everyone also had their own bathroomLots of great kitchen gear to use to prepare food for such a large party, which is always a concern whenever we stay in a rental. No concerns on that front.Between the pool, the hot tub, and the proximity to the beach, this rental was excellent. Would definitely return.The only gripe I have is that there weren't any spare towels or bathroom products. We (my entire party) could have used more of both, and needed them early into the stay. So bring spare products along or ask for more up front!All in all, a great property to make for an awesome vacation."

"Great property and amazing location on the beachfront! Easy process and great for our big family!Pool and hot tub are nice, would’ve been nice to have the pool cleaned once during the stay because it was so windy and stormy, a lot of sand made it into the pool. But we still really enjoyed it!"

"The property is adorable. Great location, fabulously quiet neighborhood. House floors slant significantly (I looked like a drunken sailor walking around), be careful if you have balance/mobility issues. Indoor doors don't close properly/are very offset, so don't expect privacy from your housemates. Walls are paper thin, so it may be hard to sleep in bedroom if someone is watching tv in living room. Bring ear plugs! Many outlets and power strips did not work or were glitchy (bed stand light turns off randomly, for example). Maybe the fuses have been tripped? Dishes in cupboard are FILTHY, so wash before use. The primary bath tub has such bad drain issues, daughter had to shower in the master bath. Main bath didnt drain even overnight! Couldn't find outdoor trash bin and it took 3 attempts and 48 hours to reach the host about it. Calling seems best for any issues. Staff are helpful once reached. The door to laundry is impossible to lock. Bring patience! Overall, the house is pretty clean. My allergies were not terrible there, which is a good clean-detector. AC cools home well. Delightful home. Better than I expected for frequently-visited beach house. View is spectacular. Yard is large. Can't drop kayak off house dock into water because there is a large drop to water line and no ladder. So, put in across the canal, near the bridge. Parking at house accommodated our 2 cars easily. We will DEFINITELY come back. Great vacation!"
