"Sol e Mare is a beautiful, comfortable home. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were great. Beach access is a short hike but so worth it!! Communication with the host was excellent!! We look forward to returning again!!"

"Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed our time there. The house is beautiful with the new renovations. However, when we arrived and throughout the stay, the grass was high and uncut with several piles of dog poop noted in the yard. The house was prepped in terms of clean beds and the presentation was mostly clean but there were dirty cups found under beds and you could tell only cleaned around furniture but not deep cleaned. Beach was visible from the third floor deck only because the dunes blocked most of the view from the other floors. The trek to the beach everyday was more challenging than expected with steep climb to haul our stuff. There were some cans and bottles noted throughout the dune area behind the house also. Garbage cans were out front and full to the brim when we arrived and had to place our garbage outside with no can for the first several days until garbage was picked up. For the price, would have expected the property be a bit more maintained than it was."
