Nice location, good sunset views, protected from the fierce N winds we had due to a passing nor'easter. There is a fairly small grassy area for rigging sailing equipment. The entire under house area is paved."

"Very clean and well appointed property. The condo building is mostly owner-occupied and the residents were so friendly and welcoming! Beautiful views of the sound. Walk to the oceanfront/beach is easy, although you do have to cross NC 12. Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. "
