"A very darling, completely equipped room bath kitchen. State of the art sinks and faucets, towels for every occasion, and so many extras. The surrounding decking complete with tables, seating, hot tub, outdoor shower and everything very well taken care of. Just loved this tiny accomodation!!"

"The location of this house was fantastic. The extras that the host provided was also excellent, the size of the rooms was really great for our family of 11, eight adults and three children. Also the convenience of having two washer and dryers in the location right by the door was really great for throwing wet towels and getting them dry instead of having to drag them through the house. The elevator was appreciated for all the groceries to feed 11 people and the decks provided fantastic views to watch the sunrises and sunsets was beyond belief. Also the owner, Brian was fantastic to work with it. If there was a problem he was on it.Now for did not so great things truly because everything else was so great. I hate to mention this and I do not feel this is on the owner. If you have toddlers bring a baby gate or rent one there. There was a lot of sand in the pool and I think that is more because the location there was nothing to barrier the dunes from the pool, so a lot of sand drifted into the pool. Also, I felt like this house could use a really good cleaning. There were a lot of areas that were overlooked when you have a little kids you tend to look under beds and sofas looking for things that they threw there, and this is where that dust and the dirt are. I feel like the house cleaners could do a much better job also, one of the washers has a lot of mold in it also in the kitchen, there is some ant activity looking past these small issues it was absolutely worth it."

"Sea winds was better than advertised. The location is ideal, the house is perfectly appointed… I did not want for anything. And the lovely extra details and thoughtful touches for dogs and humans alike made this such a special place. I will be returning."

"Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay with our family. The host was very nice and accommodating and communicative. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The fire pit was great. We used the grill one night and it was perfect. The walk to the beach was super easy. Such a pretty area. Definitely planning to return. We never wanted to leave. Be mindful if you have individuals that have mobility issues, there are quite a lot of stairs (common for beach houses)"

"We lived our stay at Island Time! Felt like a beachfront property with the proximity to the beach making it easy for members of our family to go back and forth. The beach was quiet and relaxing ! The pier was close for a quick drink or ice cream ! The pool was a great size with plenty of room for everyone. It did have some bugs and was a little dirty but Steve promptly addressed this ! The ice cream truck was fun for the kids to run out for a fun treat !!! We also love sunrises and could watch from the deck or the beach !!!We ate in most days and the kitchen was great …had all we needed. House was comfortable for the ones from our group who wanted to relax more inside. Thanks for a great family vacation !!!!"
