「Rooms are cleaned every three days and only if you ask for it. The villas are like old homes or hotel rooms that just have the basics no flair or luxury.」

「The room was clean but smelled musty for a few days the kitchen was fine but we did not use it. The air conditioning and hot water was great. I think they should supply more towels. I requested several several times for a copy of our paid bill and to date we haven’t received anything 」

「Overall, the property is nice and has a lot to offer. However, the operation there is quite dysfunctional. When you need something, you cannot reach anyone by phone. So, you have to walk down to the lobby to resolve any issues. I attempted to call the front desk and housekeeping on many occasions and never got an answer.
