Very nice, helpful staff! Fantastic view of the city, lagoon, ocean, we lived on the 27th floor. Excellent parking. Easy access! The building has a restaurant, shopping facilities, gym... Everything worked perfectly!!!

Hyde Resort and Residence

The hotel resort itself was amazing... the view off the balcony, absolutely breath taking. The location waa also great, along with the residents and cleanliness. There were a few last minute things that I wasnt informed of and a few damaged parts that needed to be maintained, but overall it was definitely and 8 out of 10 for me. I loved it.

We just stayed here in early Feb. The pictures shown online are an accurate depiction of what you will expect. The pool area is nice, however they don't let children in the hot tub, so just be aware. Hotel is nice and clean, checkin process was quick and easy. Loved that there was a gift shop right on the property and easy walking to both Wal-Mart and Publix. The room was spacious, great view from the 27th floor, you could see the ocean, city, and bay. Loved the fact there were 2 bathrooms and we used the kitchen a lot, but did have to buy dishwashing detergent- there were a few pods in the apt, but we ate in a lot-so had to buy more. We also enjoyed the washing machine and bought additional detergent for that. Beds were clean and comfortable- I had no problems sleeping. Loved that it was right on the beach. We were a family of five, so the fact we only were allowed 2 beach chairs was a bit inconvenient, but we survived. Overall I'd highly recommend.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. The access to the beach and the pool were great, the views were amazing, and the staff was so polite and helpful. It was also very affordable. My only complaint(s) would be that the 2 beach chair rule per room is a little ridiculous, but it would not deter me from staying there again. Also, they were a little stingy on the wash clothes and towels in the room. Again, not a huge deal, but if we had been there longer it would have been. There is a washer and dryer, which is great, but no laundry detergent was provided. I would expect at least for them to provide a couple of pods. Overall though, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I was looking into staying in either Sunny Isle or Bal Harbour but ended picking this location instead as it looked very attractive and quiet, which is what we was looking for. I stayed Mon- Friday with my elder mother and adult son. The room itself was very pleasant, ultra clean, and all rooms were large enough. The staff were kind and amicable and service was good. The views are to die for. The ocean front balcony was spacious, great for breakfasts and afternoon reads, definitely a plus. The pool was huge, restaurant staff were servicial, although pricey the food was great and the cocktails were delicious. Easy access to the beach, so we were able to take sunrises and sunsets walks. No raunchy tourist crowd, wasn’t till Friday we noticed an intoxicated person in the elevator. No major events/ noise. Downsides: - Kitchen cabinets doors were in poor condition (screws were loose and almost hit my mother on the head). -There were no first aid kid in the condo (I went down front desk and after following the person around to several other rooms and about 10 minutes they were able to fetch bandaids and alcohol pad to treat a minor cut). She was very diligent but it shocked me it was such an ordeal to find something as important. - Lastly we didn’t enjoy a full day on the beach for a swim as there’s a max of two chairs only per unit, it was three of us. Overall we loved our staying, I ll recommend it and will definitely stay again!

The management seems to be an issue. There are no 24/7 business centre as advertised. Management is not on site all the time a leave site leaving untrained or incompetent front desk staff to just be there but not able to do anything. Also I was unable to an invoice for site charges and was send from one to another. The property and location is great, but be prepared for management issues to impact your stay.
