It was perfect! I had one glitch with the WiFi, and the staff fixed it immediately. They helped with planning, bus routes, etc. The laundry was simple to use and convenient. This was the only hotel I stayed where breakfast was included. It was tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"Wonderful view of the castle straight from the window. Very convenient location for visiting castle and ginza, and plenty of place to eat close to hotel. Only negative is I cannot park our car in the hotels parking lot due to it being long, although it's a regular size car. Offsite parking was not convenient and its a hit and miss and very tight parking spots."

"We stayed for a business trip so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Though breakfast was included and we did eat it, there is not much "western" food. But there was plenty. Miso soup was great."
