Everything was perfect, from location next to May Fourth Square station and a mega shopping mall MixC, very clean room to excellent customer service (special mention to York who helped us with check-in and Mr Yan who cleaned our room). "The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and the overall service was excellent. The manager stationed in the lobby was also very helpful and approachable. However, the check-in staff were just average—most came across as more “cool” than welcoming."
