"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."

She was incredibly responsive and helpful even before I checked in, which made me feel genuinely welcomed from the start. Throughout my stay, she consistently assisted me with recommendations, directions, and many thoughtful details that greatly enhanced my experience in Beijing. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality truly made a difference. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Yue Long from the concierge team. He was always extremely patient in assisting me with my delivery orders, whether from Taobao or Meituan. His friendliness, sense of humor, and willingness to help brightened my days and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself offers an elegant, relaxing, and comfortable atmosphere. My room was clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant to stay in. The location is also excellent for exploring Beijing. Thank you once again to Zara, Yue Long, and the entire team for making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable one. "We stayed in a king suite with club room. The room was very spacious and clean and extremely comfortable. There is a lot of space in the wardrobe. The housekeeping staff even left us a small clothes line when they noticed we had tried to hand wash some clothing. All the staff were so accomodating and friendly. The breakfast in the club lounge and in the main restaurant was delicious. I really liked how in the club lounge there was an à la carte menu. The location is perfect with a nice Peking duck restaurant called da dong 200m away, many shops and food courts and cool bars. We will definitely come back! Our experience was 10/10."

"Here's a refined version of your hotel review with improved flow and grammar: Check-in was straightforward and hassle-free. We booked a triple room, which provided plenty of space and was comfortable for our needs throughout our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to answer questions, offer local recommendations, and share useful tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. The location was excellent. The nearest subway station was only a 3 to 4 minute walk away, and there were plenty of convenience stores and shops within 5 minutes on foot. There are also numerous restaurants nearby serving delicious food at very reasonable prices, but be sure to try the hotel's own restaurant as well. The food was excellent and well worth a visit. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing."
